TASK: The General Construction level 3 trainees have been tasked in groups of three (3) to demonstrate the procedure for applying reinforcement schedule for tilt up panels and also to carry out concrete slump test using the requirements for applying construction
work processes. They are to use the required tools equipment and the necessary knowledge gain during class to effectively carry out this practical activity.
Work will be performed based on the following specifications below:
1.
Used the proper tools and equipment needed.
2.
Adhere to safety requirements of the construction work process.
3.
Measurements is to the given specification to construction curved wall using the details on the attach diagram.
4.
Trainees are required to simulate constructing a tilt up panels with length 8’ (96”) x width 8’ (96”) and tilt into position using the required tools and equipment.
5.
They are to carry out concrete slump test using the correct procedure.
6.
Use the apply reinforcement schedule to calculate the re-bars needed.
