Also note which techniques (Table 10-1, Mosser) were used by the group to facilitate creative thinking. Were they effective? What recommendations for improvement do you have? This can be a brief narrative. The group dynamics are good as we actively listen to each other, considering different perspectives and ideas. Communicate clearly and concisely, ensuring everyone is on the same page before moving forward. According to Mosser Table 10-1, we fostered creative thinking by building support for creativity in team activities and processes. We exhibited a positive attitude toward problem-solving. The technique was effective. There weren’t any issues that I can pinpoint that need to be addressed or improved on.
