Executive Summary In this report, we are evaluating the results of the most recent employee survey. This survey was focused on the areas of workplace burnout. The survey pool consisted of a total of 108 employees, where 61 were female, 49 were male and 7 choose not to disclose their gender. The age breakdown was 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50+, the length of employment ranged from under 1 year to 5+ years and leadership level ranged from the individual contributor to the executive level. Most of the responses in the survey were from the “manager” level and the largest age group was 40-49. Results 1. Which gender is experiencing the burnout level “Pretty wiped out almost every day” most? The survey results show that more females responded favorably with this question at 21, whereas the males only showed 6.
2. Which male age group is experiencing the stress level, “A little stress that would be expected with the ups and downs of life” at home the most? The male age group that responded highest in this category was that of 50+ with 17. 3. Which leadership level strongly agrees with the fact that they love what they do? The leadership level that show the highest amount of responses for the “strongly agrees” category would be that of the “manager” level with 24.
