As an engine manufacturer for automotive, we are familiar with engines to better provide low-cost high-quality engines and we wanted to provide the same experience in a new industry with a trusted manufacturer name. Lawns and plants are a common factor in owning a home and the search for trustworthy, powerful, and high-quality power equipment can be a lengthy search. The diversification decision comes from a yearning to shorten and better the search for power equipment needed.
By branching into this industry, our company has the benefit of growing our company, growing with our consumers in every big step in their life, and providing trustworthy equipment. In the last five years, the company has seen a decrease in manufacturing causing a slowdown in the automotive industry. Diversification was a strategy for encountering the dilemma the company was currently facing. Pursuing diversifying into the power equipment industry provided a solution for our company’s slow that also allowed us to grow with our customers. This new industry will provide a new range of customers, vendors, and investors alongside the current and loyal customers, vendors, and investors our company works with. The power equipment industry is a big industry that caters to both residential and commercial consumers. Our company plans to begin our venture into this new industry with our residential consumers with plans to grow into commercial consumers. Our company has been hard at work
to provide these new motors and customers can expect to see them on the market within the next 18-24 months. These new motors provide great benefits for both the company and the community. For the company, it will provide growth opportunities, create a new engine to manufacture and solve the company’s slowdown of the last five years.
