CEIS499 Module 4 Activity Aminata Jabbie DeVry University  Discuss your knowledge of the technology areas in artificial intelligence.  I stay up to date on the latest updates and advances in artificial intelligence, AI is becoming part of all of our everyday lives and I personally like to keep myself informed when it comes to new learning and processes. Understand the technology areas of interest can allow us to further understand how big data is analyzed, speech recognition is perfected, and natural language processing is evolving.  How would you handle a difficult situation?  I would put a combination of my problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances to use. I would assess the situation and approach it with a calm and composed mindset, understanding that challenges are an unavoidable part of the tech industry. I would break down the situation into smaller components to identify the root cause. A very important part when handling difficult situations is to be open to learning and embracing innovative solutions that will allow me to adapt to adjust to unexpected circumstances in an efficient manner. I would aim to overcome difficult situations, by transforming challenges into opportunities for growth and improvement.  What role do you play within a team?  I have my Professional Scrum Master Certification, and I am currently completing my Bachelors in Computer Information Systems with a focus on Database Management. My role within the team would be more of a servant leader, my leadership style underlines listening, empathy and providing and encouraging development and growth within and outside of the company. I strongly believe, that by empowering my team and making sure that collaborative and trusting environment is maintained, that the best in each team member can be brought forward to achieve success.
