2 Final Paper Proposal Acme Fireworks is a fireworks retailer that sells fireworks and produces fireworks displays. Acme Fireworks has received inquiries from different businesses wondering if the company could create several fireworks displays on a regular basis. The owner told the inquirers that the company is able to fill the display orders and agreed on the price per display. In this paper we will analyze the contracts between Acme and the businesses, explain potential personal liability to Acme Fireworks and recommend a new business entity. Contracts Analyze if the contracts with the businesses will be governed by common law or the Uniform commercial code (UCC) and explain why. Analyze if the owner formed a contract with the businesses and apply the five essential elements of an enforceable contract. Personal Liability Explain the potential personal liability to Acme Fireworks in case of any injuries resulting from the fireworks display. Employment Discuss the different employment types and relationships relevant to agency law and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of each type specific to Acme Firework. have a page number for your type of source, you can find information on citing it in the in-text citation guide .
