A weakness would be the companys efforts into effective communication. If a company cannot communicate properly with it’s employees then collaboration efforts can break down. Companies have the opportunity to take advantage of technology to help create better work flows of information. This can empower employees feel more comfortable with engagement and the collaborative ideas can help the business. Threats to collaborative communication can be fragile. Without a serious commitment from everyone on the project, communication can break down. I would recommend that all businesses should invest in and promote collaboration efforts between employees at all levels of the organization.
