Strength Reliance communication utilizes several steps for building up the relationship bp customer that is as follows -: Identify mutually satisfactory motives among customers and the company. Conduct and manage the client rapport. Generate positive feelings between client and company. The latest viewpoint in the company is what actually the clients require and inspect? What do we require for being capable to produce and provide this to the clients? Understanding the products & the clients that are having the high growth potential that allows one to make concentrate upon the developing dynamic potential (Kaur,2018). The company is meeting accurate CRM & needs several companies for adopting the advanced perspective. Regarding the following -: Advance customer relationship management is completed through the client. The conventional client services 'what you perform' for your client. In this global world, several start-up organizations come into the competitive market thus Reliance communications arrived with advanced techniques as well as support in offering convenient facilities to clients parallel analyzing the principles of customers. Reliance is also responsible for providing the best quality facilities and offering applications to their customers (Schultz, 2020). RCom has introduced 2 new rate options to its own Simply Reliance Initiative (SRI). The firm's SRI that was introduced in October garnered a huge reaction. Behind the SRI, such new versions seek to provide a collective selection of products. With increased cost and a uniform pricing concept, these incentives reinforce the convenience and cost advantages of the Initiative by RCom. Weaknesses After the death of Dhirubhai Ambani in the year 2002 he has left the operations of the company into difficulties because he had not prepared any official will as well as suitable successor. The ground behind the disputes among Mukesh Ambani and Anil Ambani is
because of the lack of appropriate succession strategy that is not common in huge business entities in the country. The companies went in the direction of separation because of disputes. That went ahead of personal affections between family people. Anil Ambani has governed the reliance communication that is now bankrupt and undergoing liquidation until the Supreme Court changes its decision of NCLAT orders (Alzeraa, 2018). Liquidation of the companies; Reliance telecommunication Limited and Reliance communication will definitely create a loss of around Rs 40000 crore to 40 lenders. The Chinese Bank will go to face a loss of around Rs 9000 crore whereas the state bank of India will face a loss of around Rs 3000 crore and the LIC of India will experience a huge loss of Rs 3700 crore. The source of one of the reputed banks has informed that the committee of creditors for the Reliance communication can report the appeal against and order. The National company law appellate tribunal released an order on the ‘Aircel vs. the DoT official fight (Bazaluk, et al, 2020). The company has invested a lot for starting the GSM services, finally finishing up through the immense debt. The reliance on communications engagement inside the 2G scam, their non-ability to decrease their debt because of the failed trade’s sales & failing revenue led to their downfall in the following decade. At the time of becoming the largest organization can carry the idea which is a very immersive brand and only trades high-quality services although this is not an issue. The most famous concept of the Reliance industry was conceived inside the notion of carrying the best productive goods for the clients at reasonable prices, maintaining the return on investments, and parallel setting the new plans. An aspect that sets the organization apart from other companies is the amount of diversity that comes under an Ambit of retail branches off. As per the analysis of Reliance Company, the government policies and regulations have disturbed the processes. The financial instability along with the recession is declining the profit margins and petrol purchase costing (Athique, et al, 2018). Strong competition is reducing the market share of the Reliance industries.
Environmental laws as well as a non-government organization against fiber & oil exploration are affecting the Reliance industries and telecommunication business.

Recommendations It is recommended that there could be some resolutions suggested that can be taken to resolve their family issues: At the time of the financial crisis Omni channel communication, immediacy, as well as personalization, is highly essential than ever. So it is recommended that ignoring these requirements could face annoying conversations and long waiting hours by many professionals for making the issue resolved & inadequate automated answers. For reducing the debt, it is recommended that the budget can support the company in monitoring the spending and earnings. The company should think to pay the loan amount on time that will help them to fight the impact of high-interest rates and penalty charges. For Reliance telecommunication, it is recommended that discontinuing the SIPs in recessions is sometimes a huge mistake an equity investor could make. Reliance telecom must understand the objectives and planning of the investors. The company must take the recommendation from credit counselors that are capable to support in developing the loan repayment plan. But the authorities of the Reliance telecommunication must be very careful about the working and vision of the counselors because they sometimes claim that they can pay off the whole loan in a shorter period of time & in return they just ask for a small amount of fee but this could be the planning of opposition companies or could be the serious scam. Shouldn't go aggressive: Throughout any argument, either corporate or private, don't get aggressive. Everyone is having a strong need to defend themselves, so before coming on making big decisions the authorities must listen first to their employees. Don't play the victim card: Don't point fingers toward others. Alternatively, create a respectful environment where anyone may securely convey themselves, allowing everyone else to declare and clarify different viewpoints without fear of being attacked. Hear attentively, one of the most effective ways of solving a problem is to listen carefully rather than focusing only on finding faults and formulate objections while discussing.
Express the feelings: Using rage or irritation as a tactic for settling problems is a terrible idea. The Ambani brothers should not take out their frustrations on professional relations. They are both required to stop until they have settled down the business issues. When they will sensibly operate, they can better articulate their personal arguments and see things from two distinct viewpoints. Demonstrate the willingness to communicate: Depending on the context, certain dispute settlement strategies will be more beneficial than some others. Throughout most disputes, the first and only method of achieving a settlement would be by compromise. It is recommended that developing the map policy helps in elaborating the distributors the costing they must do business at. This too ensures them that the Reliance communication will protect their costs online. The company will force the policy around the world through the support of the genuine shareholders by performing this to make sure the company's rest shareholders that in future the company will perform honestly.
Conclusion It is concluded that the strength of the organization includes completely focusing on offering dynamic personality customers in order to satisfy their expectations. The company is concentrating on designing the best client communication management as well as they sincerely perform on the digital medium to solve the connectivity issues online. An ongoing tariff dispute between the local telecom operators is likely to intensify later through the RCom responding reviewing options for launching billing plans of 'rates/per second'. India's richest person Mukesh Ambani and younger brother Anil Ambani have involved in the fight after the demise of their father. The demise of the Ambani has created a dispute for controlling and governing the company that ultimately result in the split of the whole Reliance group. The company processes as well as manages the broad network of neighborhood shops, supermarkets specialty as well as online stores around the nation & caters for the crores of Indians.
