Explain and explore which of these skills you currently possess, having developed them in previous experience (voluntary, sport, community, work or study etc.) and how knowledge gained in your degree will help develop those skills towards your future career in management. b) Identify 3 management skills covered on the Management skills element of the module (see list from the weekly content) and dedicate 2 x A4 spread to each skill. This should detail:  Definitions and importance of the identified skill  Explanations of any key terms, concepts, processes, frameworks, models, tools or techniques relevant to the skill  Example(s) of where you have used the skill in your own practice and which aspects you have been successful in. Please detail what you did, how you did it and why you did it that way/how that was beneficial (using theory).  How you feel that this skill will benefit you in your future career Assessment 2 - Magazine Marking Criteria: Presentation of magazine (10%) Clear presentation through consistent visual/colour theme to magazine which illustrates digital skills in presentation which utilizes columns, graphics, images and/or diagrams to illustrate clear points. This should be written in concise form, using sections and subheadings rather than essay style. Management Skills and ‘About me’ insights (20%) This should be well structured and concise to your developed skills, knowledge and competence so far, which have been developed through work experience, education and/or other scenarios (e.g. Sport, volunteering and community activity). Theory informed insight (20%) Use of reliable theory to identify, define and discuss key concepts associated with 3 skills (from those covered on the module). This should cover definitions, models, frameworks, tools/techniques or key discussions for each skill and should not be purely repetitive of points made in pre-recorded lectures.
