3 In the era of the popularity of social media, people can quickly obtain a lot of important information from social media, news, and other channels, and social media can affect all aspects. In this modern age where new technologies are emerging every day, a generic term we all use is "social media." It has become an indispensable part of our lives and people can't live without it. What is social media? In this context, "social" refers to the sharing of data and information with friends and people, while "media" refers to online text, images, and other communication media used through the Internet. Social media influences and influences everyone through different applications. Therefore, people can use social media to expand their learning, or they can gain attention through social media when they are in trouble, and they will get help from stakeholders. But it also has certain disadvantages, it can cause health problems. Teenagers are easy to be induced into bad websites, which can lead to addiction, and some students share their answers through social media, which leads to academic inequity. Use social media to extend your learning The advantage of social media is that academic research such as science can be pushed and distributed to people who are interested in the same scientific research all over the world. In this way, it is very convenient for scholars who are interested in scientific research to search for academic articles through publications to obtain information. However, the push of social media will send information to potential stakeholders, so that help can be obtained more quickly. In

4 addition, researchers can directly communicate and exchange with these audiences on social media, which will bring more inspiration to scholars and help them to promote research. However, data show that sharing articles posted on social media has a very high download rate and viewing rate. Klar, S., Krupnikov, Y., Ryan, J. B., Searles, K., & Shmargad, Y. (2020). In addition, Twitter is one of the most popular platforms in the literature community among the famous social software in the United States. According to the search data, 35% of the PHDS in higher education in the United States are Twitter users. In the world, China's Sina Weibo has become the social media with the most academic documents, and the reason why it spread so fast is that a large number of scholars like it. Saving and retweeting this can make social media systems more efficient, as these help promote tweets so that other users can find them more easily. Mohammadi, E., Thelwall, M., Kwasny, M., & Holmes, K. L. (2018). Pros and Cons of Live Broadcasting As mentioned in the previous paragraph, users of social media have no longer passively received information, but now increase their online interaction with other users and thus consume. This type of social media has significant advantages, allowing users to collaborate easily and providing a variety of participation methods, not only the support of personal expression and communication. This new approach has involved many new and different platforms, and now with the rapid development of computers, text, and images have been merged with audio and video, so the gap between them is getting wider and wider than the same posts
5 and comments, users prefer real-time interaction, they create a place called streaming media. In this way, they can upload their real-time data, such as some game channels and performances. Viewers in the same broadcast room can make real-time comments through the bullet screen and communicate with the anchors. This is a very strong way to update social media—that way more people will be attracted. Wang, M., & Li, D. 2020) . But Hing, Nerilee, et al (2022) refuted that it is also harmful. They trust these anchors very much, so there will be many illegal websites or advertisements, and teenagers can easily access e-sports gambling websites because teenagers have no money, so they will do whatever they can to get it. According to the research, they have become addicted, and there are about 4000 surveys in the sample, but more than 3000 parents do not agree, because the harm of teenagers to gambling is very great, it is hazardous for underage teenagers, and their psychology has undergone great changes, whenever they see these advertising links, they will want to gamble. Some people cheat through social media According to the report (GCSE2019, June 23), some people use social media to spread the answers to students to cheat in academic studies. Some people sell math papers through social media because two problems with the paper are shown on Twitter, and they also write 70 pounds to provide students with the whole paper. However, the inspection department found that a total of 68 exam security loopholes had been reported, and more than half of the files had been opened, so it is very unfair for the students who study hard because it destroys the system and
6 causes the result to change, so it proves that there are many defects in the social software, thus causing the students who work hard to lose everything they should get. In conclusion, social media provides a platform for expanded learning and academic engagement. It has facilitated the rapid dissemination of scientific research and connected scholars around the world. Social media has increased accessibility and engagement compared to previous searches for academic material, which is reflected in high downloads and viewing rates. And in recent years, a new section of social media has emerged, that is, live streaming, which introduces real-time interaction. However, it also has potential risks, especially for teenagers who are exposed to harmful content. In addition, the misuse of social media for cheating highlights the importance of implementing effective safety measures and ethical considerations to maintain the integrity of education. In general, social media is a powerful learning tool and also very helpful for interpersonal communication, but for some young people with no social experience or minors, responsible use and supervision of it is crucial.
