first source provides an overview and transcript of the 1896 Supreme Court case Plessy v.

Thirteen.org: https://www.thirteen.org/wnet/jimcrow/stories_events_plessy.html
The first secondary source talks about the issues caused by the effects of Plessy v. Ferguson
on Brown v. Board of Education. The other source tells us about the establishing of racial
segregation in regard to Plessy v. Ferguson.
Module 5 Short Responses – Question 5
