30-minute Observation - Chimpanzee Walking with offspring hanging on front Walking and finding food (fruit on ground, leaves) Pant-hooting at each other (seems like an argument, happens many time in video) Climbing and hanging on enclosure structures Taunting (chasing each other for food) Small chimp climbing and swinging Older looking chimp sitting alone searching through grass Sticking sticks down into rocks to extract insects then eating them Baby chimp walking around near mother, playing with sticks Baby chimp running up to adult and latching onto the back before the adult walks around Baby chimp exploring enclosure structure Two adult chimps grooming each other while baby plays nearby Grooming is picking and chewing at each other’s fur for insects Chimps all start to sound off and get loud running to the back of the enclosure out of sight Chimps lay around with each other on the center platform in enclosure Baby and young chimp play, then an adult chimp chases the baby Baby chimp swings and climbs across rope by gripping with hands and feet Adult/older chimps eat away from others Catching fruit thrown to them
