Abstract
The Organization Development Initiatives consists of four interventions that can be directed to all levels of WCSI. These are planned efforts that are aimed at enhancing our organization and provide the strategies to enhance our effectiveness and productivity. The communication, organizational design, management, ad transformational change that is expected for WCSI revolves around the initiatives that will be put in place in order to succeed in our growth and provide all resources available to meet the demands of our clients.

Organization Development Initiatives for Collection of Past Due Invoices
The Organizational Development Initiatives consist of four interventions and are very complex. The interventions target many aspects of an organization and on different levels. They require collaborative management and as all employees of WCSI manage have the responsibility of a department, each department will be cooperating for the change to be successful. The initiatives include the Human Process intervention in which the aim is to improve the
interactions and relationship among those within the organization. The Techno-Structural intervention will focus on the design and alignment of the technology and processes used within the organization and how they are structured. The Human Resource Management intervention will focus on the policies and practices that are affected by the organization’s performance and development of Human Resources. Lastly, the Strategic Change intervention will transform our vision, mission, strategy, and culture that is crucial for the improvement, success and growth of WCSI.
The Individual
An individual is considered an employee of the organization. The interaction and relationship of each WCSI employee is vital in continuing its success through the Human Process intervention. Each employee is responsible for adhering to the design and alignment of the organization’s structure, the technology used, and the processes of the restructuring of Techno-Structural intervention. Among its success, the Human Resources Management intervention comes in place to appraise, reward, and oversee the wellness of the employee. The Strategic Change intervention will include the employee’s alliance to WCSI and his/her desire to

succeed and participate in the organizational learning process which will allow for leadership development within the department and the success of collections on all past due invoicing.
Team and Inner Group
WCSI’s team is comprised of four employees, who happen to all be family members. The
interventions guide the organization, and intergroup team building which allows for brainstorming the possibilities in improving the issues at hand. The team focuses on the organization’s structure and quality of management within each of the departments as each employee manages a department, and one manages two departments through the techno-
structural intervention. The HR Management intervention falls into place by assuring all employees follow the policies and practices involved that affect the performance and development of WCSI, as well as appraising employees and diversifying the relationship between all managers. With the team working as one, the strategic changes will succeed in following WCSI’s vision, mission, and strategy to improve the invoicing and receiving of payments in a timely and efficient manner. The Entire Organization
. In WCSI following the Organization Development Interventions, the organization can minimize the issues with past due invoicing and collecting. The organization will improve as individuals who are responsible for the success of the department they manage, The organization’s structure through the techno-structural intervention will improve the restructuring process of invoicing and collecting, and how the system is used to track and manage the process. The HR Management intervention and organization of HR will improve how the employees are rewarded, and the well-being of the organization as a whole. The Strategic change intervention

will be successful in adhering and executing our services to meet that of WCSI’s vision, mission,
and strategy for being a successful team.
Conclusion
WCSI’s issues within the accounting department now only lies on that acting department manager, but how well the organization, each department, and each employee work together to combat what is holding WCSI back from progressing and growing. In implementing these interventions in ways to improve the quality and quantity of invoicing and collections, WCSI is able to provide for the organization as a whole, and provide the many incentives that come with being successful and benefiting from the profits that are gained in maintain an efficient accounting system.
