Histogram : A histogram is a type of graph that shows the distribution of a numerical variable. It divides the data into bins or intervals and plots the frequency or count of observations in each bin as a bar. The height of each bar indicates how often the data values fall within that bin. Sales Data : The histogram above represents the sales data across four regions: Central, East, South, and West. The x-axis shows the sales figures in dollars, while the y-axis shows the frequency or count of those sales figures. Each color corresponds to a different region, as shown in the legend on the right. Distribution : The histogram shows that most of the sales figures are on the lower end of the scale, between 0 and 1000 dollars. There are fewer sales figures above 1000 dollars, and very few above 4000 dollars. The distribution is skewed to the right, meaning that there are some outliers or extreme values on the right tail. The histogram also shows that the sales vary by region. The Central region has the most sales, followed by the East, the South, and the West. The Central region also has the highest sales figure, above 4000 dollars. The West region has the lowest sales figure, below 200 dollars.
