Chapter 9, Problem EV4RDQ
Summary Introduction

To determine:

The difficulties that an entrepreneur face to take the decision of stepping aside and let others manage their business.

Introduction:

The managerial skills in an organization determine the growth and performance of an organization when the managers make efforts to formulate strategies and focus on achieving them. It shall be rightly construed the entrepreneurship skills and the managerial skills of an organization work in tandem with each other to determine the prospects of growth and advancement by a business organization.

However an entrepreneur may find it hard to step aside and let the managers carry on the business because an entrepreneur may not trust others to share the same vision as him/her to carry forward the organization and he/she might not be as competent as the entrepreneur and may not hold the relevant skills in leading the organization.
