Viruses can cause varied infections in human beings. Different viruses cause different diseases. These can range from small infections such as warts to major and life-threatening infections such as hepatitis B. Viral infections can act as minor infection for some people while being serious for others. A healthy person will be ill for a couple of days and become fine on his own, while an immunocompromised individual or a child will be sick for longer periods.
