Introduction:

The fibers from the CNS (central nervous system) to the ganglion are known as preganglionic fibers in the autonomic nervous system. All preganglionic fibers are cholinergic that is, they use neurotransmitter as the neurotransmitter whether they are in the supportive league or in the parasympathetic division.
