Write the equation to find the pressure.

P=FA

Here,

P is the pressure

F is the force

A is the area

Even if the force or mass of the woman is lower than that of man she can exert more pressure than man if she is balancing her weight in a very small area

According to the above equation as the area increases the pressure decreases.

Therefore if she wears a very pointed heeled chappal whose area will be the minimum then she can exert more pressure than man.

Conclusion:

Yes she can exert more pressure if she wears a small pointed heel chappals.
