The term muscle tone.

Introduction:

Skeletal muscle is made up of numerous muscles known as muscle fibers. Muscles fibers are multinucleated elongated cylinder associated with connective tissue to form muscle. It contains sarcoplasm in the sarcolemma. Along with this, sarcoplasm contains numerous parallel structures known as myofibrils which are the main components of muscle contraction. During relaxed state, some muscle fibers undergo tetanus contraction as action potential is generated by a motor neuron.
