Sales Analysis
The file SalesData.txt, in this chapter’s source code folder, contains the dollar amount of sales that a retail store made each day for a number of weeks. Each line in the file contains seven numbers, which are the sales numbers for one week. The numbers are separated by a comma. The following line is an example from the file:
2541.36, 2965.88, 1965.32, 1845.23, 7021.11, 9652.74, 1469.36

- C++ Language Write a program that prints a custom conversion table from Celsius temperatures to Fahrenheit and Newton (Links to an external site.) temperatures. The formula for the conversion from Celsius to Fahrenheit is : F=9/5*C+32 F is the Fahrenheit temperature, and C is the Celsius temperature. The formula for the conversion from Celsius to Newton is C = 100/33*N N is the Newton Temperature and C is the Celsius temperature Your program should prompt the user for a lower value and upper value for a range of temperatures in Celsius. It should then prompt the user for the amount they want to increment by. Then use a loop to output to a file named conversion_table.txt a table of the Celsius temperatures and their Fahrenheit and Newton equivalents within the range of values using the increment given by the user. Make sure to format your output to 2 decimal places. INPUT VALIDATION: Ensure the second number is greater than the first number, and make sure the increment is greater…arrow_forwardA Personal Fitness Tracker is a wearable device that tracks your physical activity, calories burned, heart rate, sleeping patterns, and so on. One common physical activity that most of these devices track is the number of steps you take each day. The file “steps.txt” at the following web link contains the number of steps a person has taken each day for a year. There are 365 lines in the file, and each line contains the number of steps taken during a day. (The first line is the number of steps taken on January 1st, the second line is the number of steps taken on January 2nd, and so forth.) Write a program that reads the file, then displays the average number of steps taken for each month. (The data is from a year that was not a leap year, so February has 28 days.) https://drive.google.com/file/d/1fBVZlrVC69MMkN- y1ICdUk2JVt4ia4L0/view?usp=sharing A successful test run of the program is as shown in the screenshot below:arrow_forwardThe Apgar Medical group keeps a patient file for each doctor in the office. Given a list of rectangular towers as tuples (s, e, h) where s and e are the start and end x-coordinates (satisfying e>s) and h is the height of that tower, compute and return the total visible area of the towers, being careful not to double count two or more towers that are partially overlapping. All towers share the same flat ground baseline at the height. The classic solution illustrates the important sweep line technique that starts by creating a list of precisely those x-coordinate values where something relevant to the problem takes place. In this problem, the relevant x-coordinates are those where some tower either…arrow_forwardPython Programming Questionarrow_forward

One simple method is to associate level elements with certain symbols, and then storing them in a 2D grid inside a text file. We will use our knowledge of 2D arrays to create a very simple Level Map Creator tool. The program should prompt the user to enter a width and height for the level. Then it should initialize a 2D array and fill every element with the "*" symbol. Afterwards, the user should be given the following options via a menu: 1. Clear Level Re-initialize the 2D array and fill every element with the "*" symbol. 2. Add Platform Prompt the user to enter a starting point and length for the horizontal platform. Replace those elements in the 2D array with the "=" symbol. If the length is longer than the number of columns (or out of bounds), notify the user that this is not possible. 3. Add Item Prompt the user to enter a column and row index. Replace that element in the…arrow_forwardFleet class: Instance Variables An array that stores Aircraft that represents Delta Airlines entire fleet A variable that represents the count for the number of aircraft in the fleet Methods: o Constructor-One constructor that instantiates the array and sets the count to aero readFile()-This method accepts a string that represents the name of the file to be read. - Computer Science The program below uses a class, DomainAvailabilityTools, which includes a table of registered domain names. The main function prompts for domain names until the user presses Enter at the prompt. The domain name is checked against a list of the registered domains in the DomainAvailabilityTools class.
