Introduction:

Synovial joints contain synovial fluid and this joint mostly articulates the bones of the appendicular skeleton. These bones are covered with hyaline cartilage called articular cartilage and a sheet of fibrocartilage is present between articular cartilage called articular disk. The cartilage is mainly composed of protein and supports more flexibility and strength.
