Introduction:

The genetic code is a universal code, whichis used by all the cells and each organism uses same code for a particular amino acid. Each codon is responsible for a particular amino acid, but an amino acid can be decoded from one or more codons. With the use of genetic codes and the amino acid sequences of protein, possible nucleotide sequence of the gene can be determined.
