Tokens and delimiters:

• A string data type is used to store a text, which is a collection of characters.
• String can also be said as an array of characters and in C#, the individual characters present in a string can be accessed using the subscript notation.
• The set of strings or words that are separated by spaces or other characters are called tokens.
• The spaces or the symbols that are used to separate the tokens are called the delimiters.
• When the data in a spreadsheet is exported, “comma” is used as a delimiter.
