Find a real number c and a positive number L for which

$\underset{r\to \infty }{\lim }\frac{r^c{\displaystyle {\int }_0^{\pi /2}{x}^r\sin xdx}}{{\displaystyle {\int }_0^{\pi /2}{x}^r\cos xdx}}=L.$
