Beverages are the liquids or fluids that are consumed to quench thirst. These beverages can be alcoholic and non-alcoholic in nature. With so much variety in today’s food business, the companies are experimenting with these beverages and changing the lifestyle of everyone. Most of the people consume a lot of beverage to rehydrate themselves and also to be a part of a social culture. Every food or beverage we consume has some amount of calories associated with them. It is very important to meet the daily average of calories required to carry out physical activities which again depend on the age group.
