Lewin's three-step change process and how it is different from the change process needed in the whitewater rapids metaphor of change.
Concept Introduction:
Because of the three reasons which are uncertainty, habit and concern for any of the loss, people refuse to accept the changes. And there is also a belief that the change is not possible for the organization every time and not even possible. Education & communication, supporting them for making changes, making manipulation, allowing participant for making the changes, and even selecting people who can help to bring change and even who can get it change easily are few techniques which can manage to get some or make some changes.
