To balance O atoms place the coefficients 3 before H2O

  3 Cl atoms  1 Cl atom

To balance Cl atoms place the coefficients 3 before HCl

This is the balanced equation because 1 P, 3 Cl, 6 H and 3 O atoms are present on both sides.

The correct coefficients from left to right in the balanced equation will be 1,3,1,3 and the correct choice will be option (d).
