Explanation of Solution
The rhythm of life depends of the rhythm of the day as they are parallel to each other. Our body roughly synchronizes with the time of day. It synchronizes with the 24-hours cycle of day and night depends upon the internal biological clock known as the circadian rhythm. At morning, the temperature of body rises, it then peaks during the day, dips for a time in early afternoon, and during evening it begins to drop again. The approach of daily peak in circadian arousal depends upon the improvement of thinking and memory.
