Technology is evolving very fast and becomes old also certainly so each individual needs to sell more of their apps and software’s and become leaders with the largest number of market capture. Therefore they compete with innovations, latest findings, investment in R&D and etc.

Microsoft and Intel both wants to get a competitive edge in comparison with each other, therefore they try their best to compete through innovation in respect to gain the largest share in the market and become better off than the other.

Technology is persistently increasing, therefore individuals are discovering heights in technology, therefore at this point, these companies also try to bring new innovations and disrupt the entire market so that the entire customer market becomes there.

Another reason could be due to the speed of each disruptive innovation becoming outdated soon and easy to copy, these two firms are trying harder to invest in larger capitals and gain an advantage over each other.
