Introduction:
The shoulder joint is a synovial joint. It is made up of four joints. They are the acromioclavicular (AC) joint, sternoclavicular (SC) joint, scapulothoracic joint, and the glenohumeral joint which is the shoulder joint itself. It is the most movable joint of the body as the joint capsule is very loose. That gives a limited interface of humerus and scapula.
