Concept introduction:
Lewis M. Terman, a psychologist at Standford University, given a term “gifted”, to those individuals whose intelligence scale falls on the normal curve above an IQ of 130. According to the Terman’s study the gifted children were those, who was being well adjusted and often skilled leaders. They were also average in weight and height, and physical attractiveness. The gifted children were also not susceptible to mental illness. Terman called such gifted children “Termites”.

Whether the government should involve in programs for the gifted children or not.
