Method “append()”:

• • In Python, the method “append()”can add an element to the end of the list.
• • The data that need to be appended to the list can be passed as an argument to the method “append()”.

Syntax:

In Python, the method “append()” can be expressed as follows:

append(element)

Explanation:

• • “element” that is passed as an argument to the method “append()” will be append to the end of the list.
• • When the list is empty, the “append()” method adds the “element” to index 0.
