- The internet data must not be discriminating or charging respectfully by user, platform, site, application, content, type of attached equipment or mode communication to the customers.
- They should not offer any extra benefits for customers who are willing to pay higher premiums for faster or clear calls, a model which is known as tiered service.
- Net neutrality is also called as net neutrality or Internet neutrality.
