Introduction:

The structure of an organization shows how employees are linked and who each are responsible for and to. The structure shows how the organization is built, where each dept fits in and especially shows the interior set of an organization.

A strategy is the actions or the policy that an organization plans to use in order to achieve its goals and visions.
