Summary Introduction
Introduction:
Vitamins are the substances, which the body requires to develop and grow naturally. Vitamin D helps the body absorb calcium. Calcium is one of the prime building elements of the bone. A lack of vitamin D can result in bone disorders, like rickets or osteoporosis. Vitamin D also exhibits a function in the muscle, nerve, and immune systems.
