      • Initialize the player “2”.
      • Create the object for “PlayTicTacToe”.
      • Call the method “drawBoard()”.
      • Execute loop,
        • Check whether the player is “1”,
          • If it is true, set the player to “2”.
        • Otherwise, set the player to “1”.
        • Prompt the player to enter the row and column.
        • Get the row and column from the current player.
        • Assign the player to board’s position.
        • Call the method “drawBoard()”.
      • Print the message.
