  1. The quantum numbers are used to predict the distribution of electrons in the atom. There are four types of quantum numbers according to Schrodinger’s wave equations.
  2. These quantum numbers are, Principal quantum number (n) .
  3. Angular quantum number (l) .
  4. Magnetic quantum number (ml) .
  5. Spin quantum number (ms) .

These three quantum numbers describes the size, shape and orientation of the orbitals of atom in space respectively. The spin quantum number describes the number of electrons occupied by the orbitals.

To determine: The replacement of the quantum number that is not allowed by the allowed quantum number in each of the given sets of quantum numbers.
