Interpretation:
The result of doubling the pressure at constant temperature and constant number of moles of gas through the given diagrams I to IV has to be described.
Concept Introduction:
Boyle’s law tells that the volume of a fixed amount of a gas is inversely proportional to the pressure that applied to the gas at constant pressure. It means that if the pressure on the gas increases then the volume of the gas decreases proportionally and vice versa.
