Interpretation Introduction

Interpretation : It should be shown that $P_{\kappa }=1-P{\left(\frac{\partial \ln z}{\partial P}\right)}_T$ for a real gas where $\kappa$ is isothermal compressibility.

Concept Introduction :

The coefficient of isothermal compressibility

  $\kappa =-\frac{1}{V}{\left(\frac{\partial V}{\partial P}\right)}_T$

Here,

  $\kappa$ - coefficient of isothermal compressibility

V − volume

P - pressure
