Introduction:
In eukaryotic cells, mRNA (Messenger Ribonucleic Acid) molecule consists of the coding region (exons) that are interrupted by non-coding regions (introns). These coding and non-coding regions of mRNA are transcribed from the tropomyosin. Introns get removed, and exons get joined during RNA splicing and form continuous coding sequence.
