• The quality of the company can be improved in terms of placing more tools to examine the vendors carefully through proper screening process.
• When the company improves quality control team, the services they offer could be more complete and it could satisfy the customers completely.
• They can also add rating and review functionalities as Angie’s List and Yelp because this can establish a strong relationship between the customers and professional, and using this rate and reviews about the products they have given the quality of the service can be extended further.
• It is clear that with small improvisation in the quality of the service that is provided by the Thumbtack can greatly succeed in their business process.
