Program Plan Intro

Program Plan: 

1. Include library file for various operations.
2. Define function header for test() function.
3. Declare three arrays trueFalse[][] and grades[] of char data type and grade[] array of int type.
4. int main() function is used to perform all the task.
5. Call the function.
6. Use for loop to read all the array elements from the user.
7. Use for loop to count the total grades obtained by the user.
8. Use for loop to print the total grades to the user.
9. Display the calculated results to the user.

Program Description: The main purpose of the program is to modify the program code given in question 12, so that the test is stored in column order rather than the row order.
