Summary Introduction

To review:

The pathway of secreted protein from its site of synthesis to the outside of a eukaryotic cell. Identification of all the organelles that are involved in the protein synthesis and the activity of the secreted protein in each organelle.

Introduction:

Endomembrane system of a eukaryotic cell is composed of different membrane-bound organelles those are responsible for modifying, packing and transporting the lipid and protein. Endomembrane system is consist of nuclear envelop, endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi body, and lysosome.
