To describe: The common features between microtubule-based motion of flagella and microfilament-based muscle contraction.

Concept introduction: Both microtubule and microfilament are the structures of cytoskeletons. These are important for maintenance of cell shape and motility. In eukaryotes, microtubules are especially arranged for the beating of flagella, whereas microfilament is concerned with muscle contraction.
