Program plan:

• In a file “SeatingChart.java”, create a class “SeatingChart”,
  • Define a method “printSeats()” to print the price of seats in a grid like pattern.

    • Prompt the user to enter row and seat number.

    • Check the condition,
      • If it is true, get the seat from the user.
      • Check the condition,
        • If it is true, check another condition,
        • • If it is true, set the price to “0”.
            • Otherwise, print the message to denote that the seat is already occupied.
      • Otherwise, print the invalid row message
    • Otherwise, print invalid row message.
  • Define the method “main()”,
    • Declare the initial values from the problem description.
    • Create object for “SeatingChart” class.
    • Call the method “printSeats()”.
    • Prompt the user a choice.
