Summary Introduction
To fill:
The correct term in the given blank.
Introduction:
Filtration is the process in which water and the solute molecule that passes the membrane move in the same direction. The very large solutes remain on one side of the membrane. It is a non-selective process if pressure is high, the molecule is pushed towards the membrane. It is the process of separating the solid from the fluid by imposing a medium through which liquid can pass.
