Introduction:

The flexible arrangements in any organizations include flexible working hours, work from home, job share and many more. The flexible arrangements have some advantages as well as some disadvantages. The top-level management must keep the proper tracking of a progress report, must implement the innovative idea in collaboration with the concern departments.
