However, bones are a complex mineral (calcium and phosphate structure) having many cells and protein fibers. Skeletalsystem provides the attachment points for body muscles to allow body movement. In addition to this, functions such as immunity and protection are also served bya skeletalsystem as it acts as a site for blood cell and immune cells (B-cells, and T-cells) formation.
