A Social Obligation is classified as an engagement of a firm within social actions due to is obligations of meeting specified economic and legal responsibilities, this is situation the organization only does what they are obligated to do, the organization does not go beyond that. Social Responsiveness indicates how an organization engages in social acts to respond to a popular social need.
