Perception:

Perception is the process where an individual process the sensory impressions into meaningful information. The perception of each individual will not be exactly the same as the other and will demand. For instance, no two persons will look at an organization in the same way. Person A might be completely satisfied with the policies of the organization while Person B might not be satisfied with the policies of the organization.

Factors that influence perception:

Perceiver:

The perceiver is the person or individual that feels in a certain way. The way a person feels in a certain way is an interpretation based on their personal characteristics such as attitude, motive, past experiences, motives, expectations and so on.

Target:

The target is the matter or thing which a person feels about. The perception about the target is not just the target but its associations, background and so on.

Context:

The context is the situation or scenario which can influence the perception of an individual. The scenario might be the location, light, heat, situational factors and so on.

These are the factors that influence perception.
